Thus, you receive a market-relevant, stable system that is enhanced with modern components such as a powerful search and a new frontend, among others.

You get an excellent shop system that makes your daily work easier with the intuitive CMS and connects seamlessly with your ERP via the ONE EXPERIENCE B2B middleware.

EVERYTHING YOU NEED ON BOARD

With the ONE EXPERIENCE B2B ERP edition, you receive a feature set that is specially adapted to the needs of B2B companies and their customers. You only receive functions that are highly relevant and do not just serve current trends.

Most of the features of our ONE EXPERIENCE B2B ERP Edition are included as standard and do not have to be booked additionally at high cost.

Search

Based on the ONE EXPERIENCE platform, we offer an advanced, error-tolerant search with search suggestions (auto-suggestion). 

Visual CMS

With the Visual CMS, page content can be created and managed easily and intuitively via drag & drop. It also offers comprehensive content, campaign and shop data management.

Order lists

Your customers will be able to create and save order lists by item characteristics (e.g. item numbers). These can also be uploaded in CSV format. A great time saver. 

Appointment order

Appointment ordering allows these order lists to be triggered fully automatically. This enables your customers to configure order series based on their own needs. In addition, your customers receive a resubmission and reminder function.

Procurement organisation

Enable your customers to apply their own purchasing structure when placing orders in your shop. Among other things, user rights such as buyer and chief buyer can be assigned, the purchasing structures can be managed and user groups can be created. 

Approval
procedure

The purchasing organisation is enhanced by the approval procedure. Thus, shopping baskets can be viewed, evaluated and approved by chief buyers. Including notifications and own, configurable business rules.

Collective order

Several individual orders can be combined into one collective order. This offers logistical advantages and potential savings on delivery. In addition, you can offer your customers graduated discounts.

Searching for specific products within an extensive portfolio can be frustrating and time-consuming. This can be remedied by detailed filters that categorise all products and make it easier to sort them according to your own needs.

Premium frontend

For the ERP edition, we offer a premium frontend as a single-page application (SPA). This technology makes it possible to further optimise the performance in the frontend and to offer a visually ultra-modern B2B online shop.
